Sabah International Dairies (SID) recently conducted a 2-day HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Internal Audit Refresher Training, reaffirming our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, product quality and regulatory compliance.
The training brought together employees from various departments to refresh their knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and effective internal auditing techniques. Participants were also updated on the latest HACCP clause requirements, ensuring our food safety management system remains aligned with current industry standards and best practices.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in interactive discussions, practical case studies and audit scenarios that strengthened their understanding of risk assessment, preventive controls, documentation requirements and continual improvement within food manufacturing operations.
This training was conducted as a HRD Corp claimable programme, reflecting SID’s continuous investment in employee competency and professional development. By enhancing the knowledge and skills of our workforce, we strengthen our ability to consistently produce safe, high-quality dairy products that meet customer and regulatory expectations.
At SID, continuous learning plays a vital role in driving operational excellence. Regular refresher training ensures our team stays informed of evolving food safety requirements while fostering a strong quality culture across every stage of our production process.
We thank all participants for their active involvement and commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.
